What support is included?
Hosting support includes account setup, control-panel guidance, and troubleshooting hosting-related issues. Website design, content changes, software updates, and plugin troubleshooting are quoted separately or covered by an agreed website care service.
Are domain names included?
Domain registration and renewal are billed separately from hosting. You can use a domain you already own, or we can help you find an available domain name and register it for your website.
